Wayne Hove

Born in Saskatchewan, Wayne completed high school at the Lutheran college in Outlook, Saskatchewan. Finishing post-secondary in Aeronautical Engineering in Calgary, led to work in mechanical engineering and control automation systems in both Alberta and Saskatchewan. Wayne has held senior positions in project management and regional management overseeing service operations. Managing partnerships was a prime role and continues to be a prime skill. Wayne is now the General Manger of Community Futures Big Country in Drumheller. Wayne lives in Dalum and attends Bethlehem Lutheran. Wayne is married to Janet and together they have three children; Nissa, Jesse and Rebekah. Wayne holds membership on the Canadian Badlands Passion Play board as a true privilege, recognizing the significant opportunity to share and grow the work of the “Greatest Story Ever Told” into the future.

Ron Leonhardt
Ron has operated a family farm in the Verdant Valley area near Drumheller for fifty years. Ron has been active in farm organizations and represented the producers of Alberta on Provincial and National committees. He is actively involved in the community, the Lutheran Church and the Passion Play. He is in charge of the site, the bus parking and has been a member of the Board for several years.

Doug Madge
Doug was born in 1926 and raised on a ranch south of Richdale. He accepted the Lord as Saviour at a young age while at a service at PBI in Three Hills. Married in 1954, he and his wife lived with his parents and brother until 1956 when they moved to a farm near Delia. Their five children were born at Hanna and they moved to Rockyford in 1966 to work at Superior Feed and Supply. Their youngest son was adopted in 1970. Their home church has been Rosebud Church. Doug has been involved with Marigold Library System, the local library, Seniors Friendship Club, Wildrose Community Futures, the Hall Board, Recreation Board, Rosebud Fellowship, the Agriculture Society, Village Council for 12 years, and the Passion Play since its inception. Doug retired from the Feed Mill in 1991.
